Phormictopus cancerides 3/4″

Known to science since 1806, Phormictopus cancerides is widespread and well-known on the island of Hispaniola (divided east/west politically into Haiti and the Dominican Republic). Decades of popularity in the US may be attributed to size, attractiveness, hardiness, and longevity. These spiderlings are robust, eating 1/4 – 3/8″ crickets.
